A boring royal banquet in Luxembourg becomes rather exciting when a strange, exotic dignitary arrives un-announced. Paddington Brown from Darkest Peru rubs elbows with royalty and teaches them how to have fun at a party. Paddington gets his hands on The Encyclopedia of Superstitions and becomes a safety bear, warning everyone about impending doom. It turns out Paddington is more bad luck than the original superstition, especially because it's Friday the 13th.
