Chuckie, feeling ignored by Tommy who now has older brother duties, takes chores for a baby duckling, who follows him everywhere. Spike becomes jealous of all the attention Dil is getting, but ends up saving him from danger and becoming a hero.

When Angelica tells Chuckie he's not as cute as he used to be, the babies help him redesign himself like a butterfly in a cocoon. Angelica notices that Phil and Lil and now Tommy and Dil get double what she gets, so she creates her own twin.
Stu wants to buy a car and he and Grandpa Lou head to a car dealership where the babies are on the lookout for "sharks." Chas notices that Chuckie is a left-hander and freaks out, deciding that he must stop this at all costs.
After Grandpa Lou tells the Rugrats the story of Jack and the Beanstalk, they become convinced that Dil has eaten some magic beans and that he now possesses powers. The babies believe they have turned Dil into a watermelon.
Tommy is horrified when Dil is given some of his old toys. Tommy eventually realizes that he has outgrown his old toys and they are perfect for Dil. Angelica is jealous when Susie Carmichael is chosen to be the lead in a ballet recital.
After Tommy and Chuckie decide to go their separate ways to find new friends. They each find what seem to be kindred spirits, but soon realize that it's diversity that makes the world go around. Everyone goes to the Art Museum.
When the babies are taken to buy some plants, the babies fantasize they are in the jungle being chased by a white tiger. Boris and Minka rent a cabin in the woods and Didi feels that the babies should bond with their grandparents.
Stu and Didi are having a party and Angelica sets up camping grounds in the backyard for the babies. Chuckie with some help from Angelica writes a complaint letter to Reptar after he sees him steal cereal in the commercial.
Chas gets Chuckie a new pedal-operated car and takes the Rugrats to the park to try it out. Tommy wonders if Dil can imagine pictures in his head when he listens to music, the way Tommy and his friends do.
Chuckie discovers all his furniture has been moved out of his bedroom. When Angelica hears that Susie's sister is going to her Junior Prom, she decides she wants to stage a prom.
If Angelica can remain silent for a whole day, her parents will buy her an amazing present. Angelica ties Chuckie's eternally-untied shoes, and Chas believed that Chuckie did it himself-a shoe-tying prodigy!
Angelica has decided to be a "stand up chameleon" when she grows up and encourages the Rugrats to decide on a profession for themselves. After Borris reads the Rugrats the story of Noah's Ark, Angelica tells them she heard there's going to be a flood.
Angelica is determined to cover up her cold so she can go to the Cirque Du Dummi Bear with the other kids. The babies decide to initiate Dil into the world of big babies.
Grandpa Lou is forced to take the Rugrats along with him to a wrestling arena where he will vie for the seniors' division title. After hearing about how Chas likes to collect things, Tommy suggests that Chuckie start a rock collection.
When Stu is hit on the head by his latest creation, he suffers temporary amnesia and starts acting like a baby. / Stu and Drew get into a competition, trying to catch the antics of their respective children on tape to win a prize on a video show.
Man Of The House: When Stu goes on a vacation he tells Tommy that he is the man of the house, and that he has to watch over Didi and Dil while he's away. A Whole New Stu: Stu gets worn out taking care of Tommy and Dil so the adults send him on a spa treatment to make him feel better.
Raising Dil: Stu & Didi start a new baby book for Dil, to keep track of various firsts that will occur in Dil's early years. At first, of course, the book is blank, which leads Angelica to get the babies to believe that Dil is not so smart. Trying to prove otherwise, they "train" Dil. No Naps: As a challenge to see whether the Rugrats are "grown-up", Angelica entices the Rugrats to not sleep during naptime, then uses various tactics to get them to fall asleep. The winner gets to play with Stu's newest invention, the "Magical Merry Music Ball".
Baking Dil: Stu & Grandpa prepare a surprise birthday party for Didi. They have everything prepared except for one crucial element -- the birthday cake, which they forgot to get while rushing to get the party together. They take the Rugrats to Bob's Fully Automated Bakery to get the cake. While there, Tommy's gift to Didi, a frog, gets away, prompting Dil to try and find it while the Rugrats try to rescue Dil before he becomes a cake. Meanwhile, Betty takes Didi to an English tea shop, where waiters sing songs for every occasion -- to the tune of "Hail Britannia". Hair!: Grandpa's old army buddy, Roy Davis, is paying a visit, but Grandpa's afraid that he'll be embarrassed by his baldness and being out of shape. Meanwhile, afraid that Tommy will stay a baby forever because he's bald, according to Angelica (of course), the Rugrats try to find hair for Tommy.
